Privacy requests
Handle a customer's request for a copy of their data, or to have it erased, and keep a record of how you answered. Answer within the deadline shown at the top. This tour walks through the page.
New request
Open a request that reached you by e-mail, phone or in person. Requests sent from the customer portal appear in the list by themselves.
Find a customer
Search by name, e-mail or phone and click Use to fill in their details. If no customer is found, you can still enter the contact details yourself.
Request details
Choose a copy of data or erasure, the date you received it and the contact details, and write how the request reached you. Tick the box only once you have confirmed who the person is.
Requests
All requests. Filter them by status: open, erasure scheduled, completed or rejected.
A request
Shows the type, status, whether the identity is confirmed, when it was received and the date you must answer by. A scheduled erasure shows the day it will be carried out.
Answer a request
See what it affects first, confirm the identity, then build a data copy or schedule the erasure. You can cancel a scheduled erasure, mark the request as answered or reject it. Each step asks you to write a reason.
