1. The cash register (POS)

   Sell face-to-face at the counter. This left side is for finding products; the right side is the basket and payment.

2. Find & add products

   Scan a barcode or type a name/SKU here. You can also switch between grid and list view and filter by category using the controls on this row.

3. Tap to add

   Matching products show here with their price and stock. Tap one to drop it into the basket; if it has variants (size/colour) you’ll pick which one.

4. The basket

   Your current sale builds here. Change quantities or give a line discount, attach a customer, and see the running subtotal, VAT and total. You can park the sale to serve someone else, or clear it.

5. Take payment

   Pick cash, card, transfer, voucher or on-account. For cash, tap the notes the customer hands over — they add up and the change is worked out for you. Then a receipt prints.
