Actions
Move the order through its stages — the next steps appear as buttons. Confirming only accepts the order: it takes no payment and emails nobody. Cancelling a paid order returns unshipped stock and, if it was paid online, refunds the full amount through the payment provider — and cannot be undone. You can also issue a partial refund, and approve or decline a return (RMA) that the customer requested from their account. The PDF invoice can be downloaded here too.
