Orders that look unusual. The score only flags an order for you to check. It never holds, cancels or refuses one. This tour walks through the page.
To review or all
To review shows the flagged orders nobody has checked yet. All flagged shows every flagged order, reviewed or not.
Flagged orders
Each order with its customer, total, score and the reasons it was flagged. Click the order number to open it. Mark reviewed asks what you decided and why, and saves it to the audit log.
Score
The score and its level: Check or High. You set the scores where each level starts in the settings below.
Settings
Choose an optional fraud provider and enter its keys, or use the store's own signals only. Set the score from which an order is flagged as Check and as High, then save. With a provider, each order's buyer details and IP address go to that provider under your own account.
