1. Leads

   Contact requests that visitors leave through your storefront assistant, for example when they ask to talk to a representative. The number next to the title is the total. This tour walks through the page.

2. Export CSV

   Downloads all leads as a CSV file.

3. Search

   Find a lead by name, e-mail or phone; press Enter to search.

4. Lead list

   Each row shows the name, e-mail and phone, the message, whether the visitor agreed to marketing, the date and a status. Set the status to New, Read or Replied to track your follow-up; the bin deletes a lead.
