Maintenance

  1. Maintenance

Keep your machines and assets running — preventive schedules, work orders and repair history in one place. Let’s go through it.

  2. The action buttons

New equipment registers a machine or asset to look after; New order raises a maintenance job (a repair or service) against a piece of equipment.

  3. At a glance

How many assets you track, how many are down right now, open work orders, and total maintenance cost — so nothing critical is missed.

  4. Preventive plans

Recurring service schedules — each shows its next due date, and items that are due are highlighted so servicing happens before something breaks.

  5. Work orders

Every maintenance job: which equipment, its status and cost. Complete an order to log what was done and close it out.

  6. Equipment register

Your list of machines and assets with their condition/status. This is the backbone — plans and work orders all point back to equipment here.
