1. FAQ

   Questions and answers shown as an accordion on your storefront /faq page. To put it in the menu, add /faq as a link in Header Menu. This tour walks through adding and managing questions.

2. New question

   Opens the editor for a new question. The button is hidden while a question is open for editing.

3. Question editor

   Set the display order (lower numbers come first). With several store languages, Translate with AI fills the other languages from the default one; it needs the question first.

4. Language tabs

   Write the question and a plain-text answer for each store language. The tab marked with a dot is the default language; its question is required to save.

5. Published

   Turn this off to hide the question from the storefront without deleting it. Hidden questions get a Hidden badge in the list.

6. Save or update

   Saves the question and closes the editor. Cancel at the top discards your changes.

7. Your questions

   All questions in display order, as they appear on the storefront.

8. Question actions

   Use the menu on a row to edit the question, preview the storefront FAQ page, or delete it after confirming.
