1. AI Assistant

   Train a chatbot on your own content (website pages, files, text and Q&A), test it here, then show it to shoppers on your store. This tour opens each tab of the menu in turn.

2. Credit balance

   Credits left this month out of your monthly allowance. Training and test chats use AI credits. If you use your own API key, the badge says so and no credits are counted.

3. Website

   Step 1: choose Whole site to crawl up to 20 pages on the same domain, or Single page for one address, then press Fetch. The fetched pages are listed in Step 2, ready to be trained.

4. Select and train

   Every source tab ends with this list: tick sources (or Select all) and press Train selected. Training runs in the background with a progress bar and uses AI credits. The bin deletes a source and its trained data permanently.

5. File

   Upload a PDF, Excel, CSV or TXT file of up to 25 MB. The text is extracted and saved as a source, with a warning if none could be read. Then select it and train it.

6. Text

   Paste knowledge the assistant should have, such as shipping, returns or payment terms, give it a title and press Add, then train it. Useful for facts that are not on your website.

7. Q&A

   Add a question the way customers ask it together with the answer you want given, press Add, then train it. Q&A pairs are the quickest way to control answers to your most frequent questions.

8. Settings

   Instructions, Business topics only (recommended: off-topic requests cost no credits), Strict mode, reply language and Show on storefront, which reveals Sales representative mode. Save settings stores them. The WhatsApp / Telegram button below is saved separately and needs no AI credits.

9. Brand voice

   Brand name, tone of voice, speaking mode, audience and sign-off shape how replies sound, not what they say.

10. Test chat

    Talk to the assistant with what it has learned before customers do. Turn on Sales mode to test the selling behaviour; Clear starts over.
