1. Customers

   Everyone who buys from you lives here — contact details, VAT number and purchase history.

2. Customers & Groups

   Two tabs: the Customers list, and Groups where you bundle customers (e.g. wholesale, VIP) to give them their own prices.

3. Find a customer

   Search by name, email or phone, and filter by group, to pull up any customer instantly.

4. The columns

   Each row shows the customer’s name, contact, group and key details at a glance.

5. Open & manage

   Use the buttons on a row to view, edit or delete a customer — opening one shows their addresses, group and past orders.
