Product add-ons

  1. Product add-ons

Extras customers pick with a product, such as fitting, gift wrap or engraving. You set an add-on up once here and it applies to all products, to categories or to chosen products. Customers see it with a round (+) on the product page and can add or remove it in the cart. This tour walks through the page.

  2. Ready-made add-ons

Opens add-ons made for your sector. Your categories and product specs are read to tick the ones that fit your store and the categories they apply to. They are imported switched off and without a price: set your prices, then switch them on.

  3. Product fields

Opens the product fields page, where you give your product specs a type (number, list, yes/no). Add-on price tables read these specs, for example the rim size of a tyre.

  4. New add-on

Opens the add-on form: the name customers see, how they pick it (round + button, list, text or file), the price (a fixed amount, a percent of the product, a table by a product spec, or included in the price) and where it applies. You can also make it required, refunded or not when the product is returned, and offered only with in-store pickup for a service done at your shop.

  5. Your add-ons

Each card shows how the add-on is picked, its price or price table, where it applies and how many products switched it on or off on their own page. Add-ons marked inactive are not shown to customers.

  6. Products reached

Counts the active products this add-on reaches with its current settings. With a price table, only products whose spec has a row in the table are counted.

  7. Translate, edit, delete

Translate the name and help text into your store languages, edit the add-on, or delete it. Orders already placed keep what was charged.
