Turn "sold out" into a sale

  1. Turn "sold out" into a sale

When their dates are fully booked, customers can join the waitlist from your rental site instead of leaving. If a matching rental is cancelled, marked no-show or returned, the longest-waiting customer is notified automatically; you can also notify someone or turn an entry into a reservation yourself.

  2. Filter and view

Show all entries or only Pending, Notified, Converted or Expired ones. View changes the row density and the number sets how many entries load per page.

  3. Who is waiting

Customers join the waitlist from your rental site when their dates are fully booked. Each entry shows the customer and note, the car or category wanted, the dates, status and join date. When a matching rental is cancelled, marked no-show or returned, the longest-waiting customer is notified automatically.

  4. Act on an entry

Open the three-dot menu on a row. Notify customer emails them that a car is available, Convert to reservation opens a new reservation pre-filled with their details, Change status sets the status by hand, and Delete removes the entry permanently.
