1. Tell us about your business

   Here you enter who you are and how customers can reach you. These details appear on your rental site, on your contact page and on rental contracts, so they are worth getting right. Only the business name is required, and everything can be changed later in the rental settings.

2. Business name

   The name customers see on your rental site, in the browser tab, on your contact page and on contracts. Use the name your customers know you by; it needs at least two characters.

3. Time zone

   Pickup and return times, availability and reminder messages are calculated in this time zone. Pick the zone your branches operate in, so a booking made for 10:00 really means 10:00 at your desk.

4. Phone

   Your main contact number, shown on your rental site, contact page and contracts so customers can call you about their booking. Optional, but strongly recommended.

5. Email

   The address customers can write to, shown on your site, contact page and contracts. Optional; it must be a valid email address if you fill it in.

6. Address

   Your business address, shown on your contact page and contracts. Branch addresses for pickup and return are entered separately in the next step.

7. Primary color

   Your brand color. It is used for buttons and highlights on your rental site and on documents such as contracts. Pick a color or type its hex code.

8. Logo

   Drag your logo here or click to choose a PNG, JPG or WebP file of up to 2 MB. It appears on your rental site, contact page and contracts. Optional; if you skip it, your business name is shown instead, and you can upload one later.
