Where your whole rental business is configured
Business details, rental timing, driver rules and extra fees, payment and tax, notifications, branches, GPS tracking and security, organised into tabs; logo and theme now live under Appearance. Work through it once during setup: the Operations and Rules tabs set exactly what a customer runs into when booking.
General
business details: Business name, time zone, phone, email, address and the currency of your rates. Logo, colours and theme are no longer here: the link at the bottom of this tab takes you to Appearance.
Operations
rental timing: Minimum rental days and maximum duration (0 means unlimited), the preparation time kept free between two rentals, the minimum notice in hours before a pick-up can be booked, the free cancellation window in hours and how many days ahead customers can book.
Rules
drivers and extra fees: Minimum driver age and licence years, documents customers upload after booking, how long those documents are kept, the no-show limit that blocks online booking and portal email verification. Below: one-way, extra km, airport transfer and missing fuel fees.
Payment
deposit, tax and discounts: Choose when customers pay: at pickup, a fixed or percentage deposit, or full prepayment; online payment needs a gateway under Integrations. Then set the VAT rate, whether prices include it, and discounts for rentals of 7+ and 28+ days.
Notifications
reminders and email: Choose the language of emails and SMS sent to customers and switch email and SMS reminders on or off. Below, connect your own SMTP server to send emails from your address; that card has its own save and test buttons.
Portal
branches: The pick-up and drop-off branches customers can choose. Add a branch by name, use the pencil to edit its name, phone, address and active state, or delete it. A branch VAT rate overrides the general rate. Branch changes are saved instantly, without the Save bar.
Advanced
GPS and calendar: Connect a GPS tracking provider with its server URL and API token, then enter each car's device ID in the fleet to see its live location. The calendar link syncs reservations to your calendar app; regenerating it stops the old link from working.
Security
staff access: Require two-factor authentication for staff, set the session length in minutes, and list the IP addresses or ranges staff may sign in from; leave it empty to allow all. The owner is never locked out by the IP list. The IP button adds your current address.
Save all tabs
One Save stores the fields of every tab together, so you can go through several tabs before saving. Branches, SMTP and the calendar link are saved separately. If a value is invalid, a message tells you which one.
