Customers can rate a rental from 1 to 5 stars once it is completed, and new reviews are published on your site straight away. Recent, visible reviews are what convince a new customer to book with you. Hide anything unfair, and delete what should not be kept.
View and rows per page
Change the row density under View and choose how many reviews load per page.
All reviews
Customers can rate a rental from 1 to 5 stars once it is completed. Each row shows the stars, the comment, the car, the rental date, the customer and whether the review is Published or Hidden. New reviews are published straight away. Click Rating or Status to sort.
Hide, publish or delete
Hide takes a review off your public site without losing it, and Publish puts it back; neither asks for confirmation. The bin deletes the review permanently after you confirm.
