Reservations follow a status chain from start to finish here: pending, confirmed, vehicle delivered (active), completed. Keeping these statuses updated is not just for reporting — a vehicle only becomes resellable when marked "completed," otherwise your fleet appears fuller than it is.
Check those "pending" first
Online reservations fall into pending status and await your confirmation. Starting the day with this filter is the most practical way to catch new requests that might have been overlooked. The "Active" filter shows vehicles currently with customers — use it for return tracking.
Enter phone rental here
You can't manually scan the vehicle list here: when you enter the pickup and return dates and search, the system lists only vehicles truly available in that interval, along with the total calculated for those days. This eliminates the risk of renting the same vehicle to two customers. If you mark extra services (baby seat, additional driver, insurance) on the same screen, they are automatically added to the total.
Change status from the row
The dropdown menu on the right moves the reservation to the next stage. If the customer didn't show up, mark it as "no show" — it's different from cancellation and appears separately in the customer's history. Don't forget to mark "completed" when the vehicle returns; the system's ability to reopen that vehicle for rental depends on this.
