Contract with handover
Downloads the rental contract together with the handover records.
Check-out
When the car leaves: tap the car diagram to mark damage with a note and photo, enter the odometer, fuel level and notes, and let the customer sign. Sign and save locks the record; a signed record cannot be changed.
Check-in
The same record when the car comes back, available once the check-out is signed. The odometer cannot be lower than at check-out.
Charges billed later
Add fines, tolls, fuel or fees that arrive after the rental, with the incident date, reference and reason. The customer is told about each charge. Record payment notes money you received; nothing is taken from a card.
Licence check
After you confirm your privacy notice covers it, AI reads an uploaded licence and points out what to look at. It never approves anyone: you approve or reject the document yourself.
