Understand the business with numbers

  1. Understand the business with numbers

Bookings, no-show rate, revenue and fleet utilisation for the last 30 days, all-time totals, six-month trends and your best vehicles, branches and add-ons. Read it before you buy another car, change a daily rate or launch a campaign, and again afterwards to see whether it paid off.

  2. The reporting period

The cards below cover the last 30 days. A booking counts in the period by its pick-up date, not by the day it was made.

  3. Last 30 days at a glance

Bookings with completed, cancelled and no-show counts, the no-show rate, revenue from completed rentals only, and fleet utilisation: rented vehicle-days divided by active vehicles times 30 days. Utilisation shows a dash when no vehicle is active.

  4. All-time totals

Your total number of bookings and total revenue since you started. As above, revenue counts completed rentals only.

  5. Booking trend

The number of bookings per month over the last six months, by pick-up date. Hover over the line to see a month's exact figure.

  6. Revenue trend

Revenue per month over the last six months. Only completed rentals count, so the current month can look low while cars are still out and will rise as those rentals are completed.

  7. Vehicle performance

Your top 20 vehicles by revenue, with number of rentals, rented days, revenue and average customer rating. Cancelled and no-show bookings are not counted as rentals. Use it to see which cars earn their place in the fleet.

  8. Branch breakdown

Bookings and completed-rental revenue per pick-up branch, busiest first. Useful for deciding where to station more cars.

  9. Best-selling add-ons

Your top 10 extra services by quantity sold, with the revenue they brought from completed rentals.
