1. Fees and dynamic pricing

   Rates the server applies to every quote and reservation: driver fees, delivery and pick-up at an address, and dynamic price rules.

2. Driver fees

   Set the additional driver fee and the most additional drivers on a reservation, plus young and senior driver fees with their age limits (0 turns an age fee off). Choose whether these fees are charged per day, then press Save.

3. Delivery and pick-up

   Offer to deliver and collect the car at an address. Charge by zones you name with their own fee, or by distance with a base fee, a fee per km, free km and a furthest distance measured from your address. Press Save to apply.

4. Dynamic price rules

   A rule changes each day's rate by a percentage, for all cars, a category or one vehicle, on chosen days, dates or fleet booking levels. Add a rule with Add, and pause, resume or remove existing ones.

5. Fleet booked, next 14 days

   How much of your fleet is booked on each of the next 14 days, so you can set rules that react to demand.
