1. Message templates

   Put the messages your customers receive in your own words, per message and per channel. Anything you leave alone keeps the default text. This tour walks through the page.

2. Messages

   Pick the message to edit. Edited marks one you changed, and Off marks one that is switched off on a channel.

3. Channel

   Switch between e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp for this message. Each channel has its own text and its own on/off switch.

4. Message

   Write the message here; for e-mail, the subject goes in the field just above. Leave the message empty to keep the default text. E-mail accepts plain text or simple HTML such as paragraphs, bold, lists and links.

5. Variables

   Click a variable to insert it where your cursor is. It is filled in for each customer, for example with their name.

6. Save, reset, translate

   Save your text, or go back to the default. Once saved, you can translate it into your other languages; a language without your translation gets the default text in that language.

7. Preview

   Pick a language and click Preview to see the message with sample values. Nothing is sent.
