Maintenance
Keep each car on its service plan, track the work done and what it cost, and keep the kilometres up to date.
Service plans
Each plan shows its car and whether it is on track, due soon or overdue, with the kilometres left or the due date. Stop ends a plan.
Add a plan
Pick a car, name the service, like Oil change, and set every how many km or months it is due, with the kilometres and date of the last service. Then press Add plan.
Work orders
Add a work order for a car, linked to a service plan if you like. Fill in the dates to keep the car off the road: it is then blocked from bookings until the order is finished. Update the status, cost, kilometres and workshop of each order and press Save.
Current kilometres
Each return updates a car's kilometres, and you see what its maintenance has cost. Correct a figure here if needed and press Save.
