Connect payments and e-invoice

  1. Filter by type

Show All providers, only Payment (card gateways and bank transfer) or only E-Invoice providers. The number shows how many are in each group. Only one e-invoice provider can be active at a time.

  2. Default payment provider

Appears once at least one gateway is switched on. If several are active, choose the one used at checkout; Automatic uses the first active gateway.

  3. Provider cards

Each card is a gateway, bank transfer or e-invoice provider. Its badge reads Active, Configured (keys saved but switched off) or Not connected. Click a card to enter its keys and options. The switch turns a connected provider on or off at once; on an unconnected one it opens the settings first.

  4. How secret keys are kept

Secret keys are stored encrypted and never shown again. To change one, type a new value; leave the field blank to keep the current key.

  5. Connect payments and e-invoice

This is where you plug in the outside services: a payment gateway so customers can pay the deposit or fee when they book, and an official e-invoice provider so paid rentals become legal invoices. Until a gateway is connected, online payment stays off and everything is settled at the counter.
