Contactless handover
Let customers collect the car from a key box after paying, passing the identity check and completing pre check-in. You see the pickups of the next 14 days.
Key box settings
Offer key box pickup, choose whether full payment is required before the code is shown, and set how many minutes before pickup the code opens and after pickup it expires. Press Save to apply.
Upcoming pickup
Each card shows the reservation, car, customer and pickup time, whether pre check-in is done and whether the customer has seen the code.
Ready or blocked
Lists what still stops this customer from collecting alone, such as an incomplete payment, unverified documents, missing pre check-in or no saved code. When nothing is missing it says the customer is ready.
Key box code
Enter a 4 to 10 character code and which box it is and where, then press Save code. A saved code is never shown here again; a new code replaces it, and Remove code with a reason deletes it.
