1. Notices

   Open setup steps, a domain waiting for verification, security reminders such as turning on two-step sign-in or a passkey, and trial reminders appear here as slides of one card. The button on a slide takes you to the right place. The X hides that notice: setup for good, the domain reminder for 30 days and the security reminder for 7 days. The card disappears when nothing is left.

2. Your rental business at a glance

   This home screen opens every time you enter the panel and summarises the day: how many cars are out right now, today's revenue, the pickups and returns coming up, and how much of your fleet is working versus sitting idle. While your setup is unfinished a "Complete quick setup" card also appears here and walks you through it.

3. Start a reservation in seconds

   This button jumps to the reservations screen to enter a booking — for a walk-in or a phone call. You never type availability by hand: once you choose the dates, the system offers only the vehicles that are genuinely free for that exact window, so you can never double-book a car.

4. Read your day in a few numbers

   Cars out today, today's revenue, upcoming handovers and fleet utilisation. Utilisation only becomes meaningful once your vehicles are marked active and available online — until then it understates how busy you really are.

5. Today's pickups and returns

   The nearest handovers across your whole fleet, in one place. Click any row to open it. Watch the returns especially: a car that is not marked returned stays "out" in the system and blocks the next customer who wants it.

6. Spot your busy and quiet periods

   The trend chart shows how rental volume has moved over recent days. Use it to plan your fleet, set higher rates for peak weeks, and aim a campaign at the quiet ones when cars are sitting idle.
