   Everything you know about one renter: contact details, driving licence number, rental statistics, blacklist status and full rental history. This tour walks you through each part.

2. Back to customers

   Returns to the customer list, where you can search and open other renters.

3. Rental statistics

   Total rentals counts every reservation, Completed only finished ones and No-shows the times they did not turn up. Total spend adds up confirmed, active and completed rentals, so cancelled bookings do not inflate it.

4. Blacklist a customer

   Enter a reason and press Add to blacklist to stop this customer from making new online reservations; the reason is shown here later. Remove from blacklist lifts the block. Both actions are recorded in the audit log.

5. Rental history

   The customer's latest 50 reservations with the vehicle, pick-up and return dates, status and amount, newest first. View changes the row density.
