See every vehicle's timeline

  1. Subscribe in your calendar app

Opens a private .ics link you can add to Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook. Your reservations then sync there automatically as a read-only calendar. Treat the link like a password: anyone who has it can see your bookings.

  2. Move through time

Use the arrows to go back or forward by one day, week or month, and Today to jump back to the current date. The period you are looking at is shown next to them. On a keyboard, the left and right arrow keys and the T key do the same.

  3. Day, week or month

Switch how much time the timeline covers. Month gives the widest overview of free gaps; Week and Day stretch each day wider so short rentals and pickup times are easier to read.

  4. Filter by status

Show all bookings or only pending, confirmed, active or completed ones. Cancelled and no-show reservations never appear here because they no longer block a car.

  5. Find a reservation

Click the magnifier and type at least two characters of a customer name, reservation or plate. Choosing a result jumps the calendar to that month and opens the reservation's details.

  6. The fleet timeline

Each row is a vehicle and each coloured bar a reservation from pickup to return; the colour shows its status and inactive cars are greyed out. Click a bar for the customer, dates, branch and total. On a computer, drag a bar sideways to move it by whole days; you confirm first, and it is refused if the car is not free.

  7. Today's pickups and returns

Two lists of the handovers due today, sorted by time, with the customer and vehicle. Click an entry to go to the reservations screen. Rescheduling a booking re-prices it and moves its reminders automatically.

  8. See every vehicle's timeline

The calendar shows each car as its own row and its booked periods as bars, so at a glance you can see which cars are free on which days. Because availability is calculated per vehicle, overlaps are impossible — use this view to find the gaps you can still sell and to avoid promising a car that isn't back yet.
