Vehicle assignment
Give category bookings their final car, and swap or upgrade the car on any open reservation in the next 30 days. Use it before handover, or when a car becomes unavailable.
Booking by category
Turn this on to let customers book a category on your website instead of one exact car. Press Save to apply the change.
Open reservations
Each card shows the reservation, its car, customer and dates. Car not final yet marks a category booking still waiting for its car, and earlier changes are listed with their reason.
Assign or change the car
Press Assign a car or Change car to load the cars free for these dates. Pick one, give a reason, choose whether to tell the customer and, for a car from another category, whether to charge the price difference, then press Confirm.
