Partner ledger
Everything one partner has earned and what you have paid them, per currency. Open it from the ledger button next to a partner on the Affiliates page. A mistake is never edited: you void it with a reason.
Balances
Pending commission is not final yet, earned is final, paid is what you recorded as sent, and due is what you still owe. You see one row of figures for each currency the partner earned in.
Record payout
Record money you already sent to the partner: amount, currency, payment method, the date it was paid, a reference and a reason. Nothing is transferred from here. A recorded payout can be voided with a reason; it then stays in the list struck through.
Partner panel link
Create a read-only link the partner can use to follow their referrals and payouts. It shows this partner only and no customer data. Copy it straight away, it is shown only once; creating a new link stops the old one, and Stop link turns it off.
Referrals
Each reservation this partner brought in, with its month, whether the commission is pending, earned or refunded, and the commission amount.
