Check-in

  1. Check-in

Record the car's condition and the customer's request when the car arrives, then let the customer sign. Do this at the desk with the customer before the car goes in.

  2. Check-in form

Opens the printable check-in form with everything recorded here.

  3. Car details

Enter the mileage, fuel level, number of keys and any personal items left in the car. The language you choose is used for the form and messages to the customer.

  4. What the customer says

Type the complaint or record a voice note. With AI credits you can turn it into a short summary for the mechanic.

  5. Save

Saves the car details and the complaint. Photos and the signature are saved on their own.

  6. Existing damage

Photograph every scratch and dent before work starts, so nobody argues about it at pick-up.

  7. Customer signature

The customer types their name and signs with a finger or pen to confirm the car's condition and the work requested. If an estimate is set, signing also approves it.
