Workshop board

  1. Workshop board

Your workshop week at a glance: every bay, every day and the jobs planned on them. Use it each morning to see what fits and to plan the jobs still waiting.

  2. Move between weeks

Step back or forward one week at a time to plan ahead or look at past work.

  3. Labour operations

Opens your list of repair operations with their standard time and rate.

  4. Workshop settings

Set your workshop hours, service intervals, reminder timing, seasonal tyre change dates and whether customer jobs need an approved estimate before work starts.

  5. All locations

Each location shows how many hours are booked against its capacity, how many jobs wait and how many are overdue. Tap a name to open its own board.

  6. Waiting to be planned

Open jobs without a bay or a day. Drag a card onto the grid, or tap Plan on a phone to choose the bay, day, time and technician.

  7. Bays and days

Each cell shows the booked time against the bay's capacity for that day; red means it is overbooked. Drag cards between cells to move jobs, or back to the waiting list to unplan them.
