Open this tab for the discount limit, the invoice and sale number prefixes, the link to the invoice design and the switch for the sell-your-car form on your website.
General settings
Who you are, where you work and how you answer. Your website, your documents and your messages all use these details.
Business details
Name, legal name, contact details and dealer licence number. They appear on your site and on documents such as contracts and invoices.
Region
Your country decides which legal reminders you see. The time zone drives every date and reminder, and the units decide kilometres or miles on screen. Stored values do not change when you switch.
Replies and quiet hours
The reply target starts the timer on each new enquiry. Reminders and marketing wait outside quiet hours; messages a customer is waiting for still go out.
Save
Stores the fields of all three tabs together, so you can switch tabs before you save.
