1. Reports

   Figures for any period, always from your real records. Export any report to a spreadsheet.

2. Choose a report

   Overview is on every plan. Profit per car, stock ageing, selling speed, team, workshop, warranty, after-sales and portal reports come with the advanced reports of a higher plan.

3. Choose the period

   Pick the first and last day and press Apply. The dates follow your time zone. The default is this month so far.

4. Explain with AI

   AI reads the figures on the page and writes what stands out and one next step. It spends AI credits and never changes a number. Check it before you act on it.

5. The headline figures

   A dash means there is no data for this period, which is different from zero.

6. The detail

   On a phone each row is a small card; on a larger screen it is a table.

7. Export

   Downloads the report you are looking at as a CSV file that opens in a spreadsheet.
