Privacy

  1. Privacy

Requests from people about their personal data: a copy, a correction or an erasure. Each has a due date. Reminders only; this is not legal advice.

  2. Record a request

Check who the person is first, then link the request to their customer record. Requests made in the customer portal appear here by themselves.

  3. Marketing consent

How many customers and enquiries agreed to marketing. Marketing messages only go to these.

  4. Requests

A copy builds a zip file you download and pass on. An erasure asks for a reason and runs after a waiting period you can cancel. Sales, invoices and warranty records stay for their legal retention, without contact details.
