1. Message templates

   Change the wording of the emails and text messages this system sends, per language. A message you did not change uses the standard text.

2. Language and channel

   Choose the language you are editing and show email, text messages or both.

3. Messages to customers

   Everything your customers receive. The badge shows whether a message uses your wording or the standard text.

4. Edit a message

   Change the subject and text. The placeholders listed under it are filled in when the message goes out, and the required ones must stay. Back to the standard text undoes your change.

5. Messages to your team

   Notifications your staff receive, edited the same way.
