This is the engine of the appointment system

  1. This is the engine of the appointment system

This is where new users most often get stuck: no hours are generated for a staff member until their working hours are entered. You can't manually enter an appointment, nor can a customer see a time on the online page — the calendar quietly remains empty, and finding the reason is difficult. After adding staff, your first task should be to enter hours.

  2. Meaning of the "Can Take Online Appointments" mark

When this mark is off, the staff continues to work in your panel but cannot be selected by customers on the online page. Use it for senior employees who only take appointments by phone or new hires not yet open to customers. The color choice helps you distinguish whose appointment it is at a glance on the calendar.

  3. Day and leave counter on the cards

Each card shows how many days of working hours are defined for that staff. If you see "0 days" here, it means the system is not generating any appointment slots for that staff — if your calendar looks empty, check here first. The leave badge shows the number of entered holiday or leave intervals.

  4. Weekly hours and leave entry

This button brings up the screen where you open and close each of the seven days of the week. The leave section below is for one-off closures like holidays, reports, or training: the interval you enter overrides the weekly hours, and no one can book an appointment on those days. Entering leave in advance is much easier than canceling appointments later.
