The reviews customers leave after a visit

  1. Read each review

Each row is one review: the star rating, the comment, the staff member and customer, and the appointment date. The Visibility column shows whether the review is Published or Hidden on your public page.

  2. Table view

Choose how dense the table rows are. This preference is stored in this browser only.

  3. Publish, hide or delete

New reviews are published automatically. Click Published to hide a review: hidden reviews disappear from your public page and no longer count in the staff rating. The bin deletes a review permanently after you confirm.

  4. More reviews

Use the arrows to move between pages of reviews.

  5. The reviews customers leave after a visit

After a completed appointment, customers can rate their experience from your online page — those ratings collect here. New visitors trust a business with visible, recent reviews far more than one without, so keeping this section tidy directly affects how many strangers book you.
