Understand your business with numbers

  1. Understand your business with numbers

This screen turns your appointments into numbers: the cards cover the last 30 days, the charts show the last six months, and the tables rank your staff and services. Check it before you change prices or staffing, and again afterwards to see the effect.

  2. Your headline numbers

Appointments, no-show rate, revenue and occupancy for the last 30 days. Revenue counts completed appointments only. Occupancy compares completed appointment time with staff working hours and shows a dash until working hours are set.

  3. Table view

Choose how dense the rows of the staff table are. This preference is stored in this browser only.

  4. All-time total

The number of appointments ever recorded, to compare with the last-30-days figures above.

  5. Appointment trend

Appointments per month over the last six months, whatever their status. Months without appointments show as zero.

  6. Revenue trend

Revenue per month over the last six months. Only completed appointments count, so cancelled and no-show appointments add nothing here.

  7. Staff performance

Appointments, revenue and no-shows per staff member over the last 30 days, plus their average rating from published reviews across all time.

  8. Most preferred services

Your top services over the last 30 days by number of appointments, with the revenue from the completed ones.
