Payment links
Ask a customer to pay a fixed amount, such as a deposit or an extra charge, through a link. The payment is attached to the record when the gateway confirms it. You need a connected online payment gateway that supports links. This tour walks through the page.
New payment link
Choose the record, what the payment is for and the amount, how many days the link stays valid, an optional note, and how to send it.
Your links
Each link shows its record, purpose, amount, status and end date. A payment that needs a look, for example one paid after the link expired, is flagged here with its reason.
Link actions
Copy the link, send it again, open it in WhatsApp, or cancel it with a reason. Mark a flagged payment as reviewed once you have dealt with it.
