Sell packages, not just single visits

  1. Membership plans

Each plan has a price, a period (monthly, quarterly or yearly), a session count and a member count. Unlimited means the plan has no session limit; inactive plans are marked Passive.

  2. Create a plan

Opens the plan form: name, description, price, period, session count (empty means unlimited), the services it covers (none ticked means all services) and whether it is active.

  3. Edit or delete a plan

The pencil opens the plan form so you can change it. The bin deletes the plan after you confirm.

  4. Assign a membership

Gives a plan to a customer and sets its status, remaining sessions, renewal and end dates and auto-renew. The button stays disabled until you have at least one plan and one customer.

  5. Update a membership

The pencil changes the status (active, paused, cancelled or expired), remaining sessions, dates and auto-renew. The bin removes the membership from the customer after you confirm.

  6. About auto-renew

Auto-renew is currently only a status flag: customers are not charged automatically when a membership renews.

  7. Sell packages, not just single visits

Memberships let a customer buy a bundle up front — for example ten sessions, or unlimited visits for a month — instead of paying one appointment at a time. That means money in advance and customers who keep coming back. Define your packages and their prices here first; you then assign them to customers below.

  8. Who is holding which package

This list shows each customer's active package and how many sessions or how much time they have left. When a customer with a package books an appointment, the session is drawn from their balance automatically — you don't take payment again, and when the balance hits zero it is time to offer a renewal.
