Messages that go out on their own: a review request after a visit or order, a birthday greeting, a win-back or come-back reminder, and a note when a guest reaches a loyalty tier. Use it to keep in touch with customers without writing each message. This tour walks through the page.
How messages stay welcome
They go only to customers who agreed to marketing, carry an unsubscribe link and go out between 09:00 and 20:00 on your clock. One address gets at most one such message a week, and switching one on does not write to past customers.
Your automations
Each card is one automation with a short note on when it goes out, when it last ran and how many it sent in the last 30 days.
Set up an automation
Switch it on, choose whether it goes by e-mail or, when SMS is available, by SMS, set how many days to wait, then click Save. Edit the text opens the message templates, where you put it in your own words.
