404 Page Design

  1. 404 Page Design

Design the "page not found" screen visitors see when they open a missing address on your site. This tour walks through the design, colors, texts and preview.

  2. Save the design

The preview updates as you work, but your live 404 page only changes after you click Save.

  3. Choose a design

Pick one of the ready-made designs, such as Classic, Aurora, Astronaut, Minimal or Blueprint. Each thumbnail shows the design with your current accent color.

  4. Color and theme

Theme sets Light, Dark or Auto, which follows each visitor's system preference. Choose Default, a preset accent color or your own custom color for the highlights and button.

  5. Heading, message and button

Optionally write your own heading, message and button label, and translate them into your other languages. Leave them empty to use the automatic multilingual defaults. The button link defaults to the homepage.

  6. Preview

Shows the selected design with your texts and colors. The 404 link opens a missing page in a new tab so you can see the saved live version.
