Your customer book, built automatically
Everyone who books an appointment is added here automatically, and you can also add customers by hand. For each one you see visits, completed and cancelled appointments, no-shows, the last visit and campaign permission. Use it to spot regulars, lapsed customers and repeat no-shows.
Find a customer
Search by name, phone or email, then press Enter or the search button. If the Permission Givers filter is on, it stays on while you search.
Add a customer by hand
Create a record for someone who booked by phone or walked in. Only the name is required; phone, email and notes are optional, and notes are internal and never shown to the customer.
Table view
Choose how dense the table rows are: compact, normal or comfortable. This preference is stored in this browser only.
Business overview
Totals across your whole customer book: customers, appointments, completed, cancelled, no-shows and campaign opt-ins. Cancelled and no-show figures are shown in red.
Open a customer's appointments
Click the appointment count to see this customer's appointments in a side panel. Upcoming ones can be cancelled there; the customer is notified according to your settings and the slot is freed.
Campaign permission
Permitted means the customer agreed to receive campaign messages. You can only remove the permission here; only the customer can give it again, through the booking form.
Edit or delete
The pencil opens the customer form, where you can also export their data (GDPR) or merge a duplicate into another customer. Deleting removes the customer and any membership permanently; past appointments are kept but detached.
Message only the people who agreed
You may only send campaigns to customers who gave marketing consent — messaging anyone else is not allowed. This filter narrows the list down to exactly those consenting customers, so when you export or message a group you never accidentally reach someone who opted out.
Read a customer at a glance
Each row shows the visit count, the no-show count and the last visit date. The no-show number only grows as you mark customers who don't turn up on the calendar — once someone becomes a repeat no-show it is visible here, which is your cue to ask for a deposit or confirm by phone before their next booking.
