Your daily appointment flow

  1. Your daily appointment flow

Your panel opened with a sample service and a sample staff member — they are just placeholders and should be deleted. The actual setup sequence is as follows: first, enter working hours on the Staff page, then define durations and prices on the Services page. Without working hours, appointments cannot be booked here or on your online page.

  2. Enter phone appointments here

Use this button when a customer calls to request an appointment. You don't manually write the time — when you select the service and staff, the system shows only truly available times by considering that person's working hours, existing appointments, days off, and the service's buffer times. If the list is empty, the reason is almost always missing working hours.

  3. Proceed day by day

This screen shows a single day, not a week. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next day, click the date to jump to a distant day, and return with "Today." Checking tomorrow in advance is the fastest way for your staff to plan the day.

  4. Monitor one person's day

If you work with multiple staff, all their appointments appear intertwined in the list. Selecting one person here leaves only their day visible — useful when handing over shifts or assessing an employee's workload.

  5. Don't forget to close the appointment

The "Arrived," "No Show," and "Cancelled" buttons on each row are not just visual: as you mark no-shows, the system tracks who frequently misses appointments, and cancelled slots are immediately reopened for sale. If you don't mark them, the slot remains occupied, and you can't take another customer.
