Listing portals

One stock list for all your listing portals

Enter a car once. It goes to the portals you connect with your own accounts, and it comes off them when it is sold, so nobody calls about a car you no longer have.

What you get

Your own portal accounts

You keep your contracts with each portal. Enter your API details on a settings card, test the connection, and see its status, last sync time and error log in one place.

A sold car comes down

When a car is sold or reserved, a removal goes out to every portal and keeps retrying until it succeeds. If it cannot, you are told, once, with the car and the portal named.

Google and Meta feeds

Each dealer gets a private feed address to add to its own Merchant Center or Meta catalog, plus plain XML and CSV feeds for any other system.

A publish helper where there is no API

For portals with no public API, a helper lays out every field in order, ready to copy. We never log in to a portal for you and never read its pages automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Each dealer applies to a portal and pays for it directly. You enter your own details on its settings card, and those details are stored encrypted, field by field.

The listing shows a clear error state and retries by itself. You get one message for the incident, not one for every retry.

Yes, where the portal offers it. Portals with a lead API are read directly, and portals that send enquiries by email are read from a mailbox of your own.

ControlCMS is delivered through our partners. Talk to our team and a partner will set it up on your own address.
